Unit-V: Transistor:
BJT Construction, Junction Biasing of BJT, Operation of NPN & PNP BJT, Input and Output
Characteristics of Transistor in CE configuration; Transistor as an Amplifier& as a Switch.
Advantages of ICs & Scale of Integration.
