{"id":4634,"date":"2021-08-03T10:13:06","date_gmt":"2021-08-03T04:43:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.goseeko.com\/blog\/?p=4634"},"modified":"2026-04-18T05:15:19","modified_gmt":"2026-04-17T23:45:19","slug":"what-are-the-fundamental-duties","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.goseeko.com\/blog\/what-are-the-fundamental-duties\/","title":{"rendered":"What are the Fundamental Duties?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Fundamental_Rights,_Directive_Principles_and_Fundamental_Duties_of_India#:~:text=%20Fundamental%20Duties%20%201%20To%20abide%20by,when%20called%20upon%20to%20do%20so%3B%20More%20\">Fundamental  Duties <\/a>  defines as the moral duty of all citizens to promote the spirit of patriotism and help maintain the unity of India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These obligations set out in Part IV\u2013A of the Constitution relate to individuals and nations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fundamental Duties  are statutory obligations and cannot be enforced by law, but courts may take them into account when arbitrating the matter. It expects that the voters of free Bharat would perform their duties volitionally. Therefore, 10 elementary Duties were value-added in Part-IV of the Constitution beneath Article 51-A within the year 1976 through the forty second Constitutional modification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The subsequent 10 Fundamental Dutie<\/strong>s<strong> list within the Constitution of India:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>First  <\/strong>To abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and establishments, the flag, National Anthem;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Second <\/strong>To care for and follow the noble ideals that impressed our national struggle for freedom;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Third <\/strong>To uphold and defend the&nbsp; unity, integrity and sovereignty of India;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fourth <\/strong>To defend the country and render service once referred to as upon to do;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fifth<\/strong> To push harmony and therefore the spirit of common brotherhood among all the folks of Bharat. And to renounce practices disparaging to the dignity of women;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sixth<\/strong>  To price and preserve the made heritage of our composite culture;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Seventh<\/strong>  To safeguard and improve the natural environments together with forests, lakes, rivers and wildlife;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eighth <\/strong> To develop the scientific temper, humanism and therefore the spirit of inquiry and reform;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ninth<\/strong>  To safeguard belongings and to not use violence; and<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tenth <\/strong>To serve towards excellence altogether spheres of individual and collective activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Who is the child between the ages of 6 and 14 and, in some cases, the parent or guardian who provides educational opportunities to the ward?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It concerns children&#8217;s education, which adds the 86th Amendment in 2002 and stipulates the right to free compulsory education for children aged 6-14 years by the insertion of Article 21A. We also imposed an obligation on parents to provide such opportunities <a href=\"https:\/\/tapcashcompetition.javajazzfestival.com\/\">https:\/\/tapcashcompetition.javajazzfestival.com\/<\/a> under
