ADHD is not a lack of discipline or effort; it\u2019s a neurodevelopmental condition that affects a child\u2019s ability to regulate attention, impulse, and energy. And for both parents and teachers, the journey can feel like a mix of confusion, exhaustion, and hope <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/library.stamforduniversity.edu.bd\/\"><em>stamforduniversity library<\/em><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For many parents, the first response to an ADHD diagnosis is anxiety and uncertainty. Why is my child so restless? Will they ever focus? But as they learn more and as interventions begin,&nbsp; fear slowly gives way <a href=\"https:\/\/smi-shipyard.com\/\">https:\/\/smi-shipyard.com\/<\/a> to understanding. With structure, consistency, and empathy, children with ADHD can grow into independent adults who contribute meaningfully to society &#8211; emotionally, socially, and economically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In schools, these students face a different kind of struggle: they are often acutely aware of their challenges. They know they forget instructions, lose track of time, or interrupt conversations and that self-awareness can turn into frustration or low self-esteem. This is why intervention must go beyond academics; it has to include emotional scaffolding and consistent counselling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Simple yet strategic changes in classrooms can transform their learning experience. Short, structured tasks, movement breaks, and multi-sensory activities help channel their energy productively. Recognising and nurturing their strengths whether in art, storytelling, music, or even cooking builds confidence and motivation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Equally important is continuity. ADHD doesn\u2019t vanish with age; it evolves. Continuing counselling and coaching into adolescence and adulthood helps individuals manage relationships, work, and emotional regulation &#8211; the real-life skills that matter most. <a href=\"https:\/\/sis.iuea.ac.ug\/\">https:\/\/sis.iuea.ac.ug\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every child with ADHD carries immense potential, not in spite of their difference, but because of it. When parents, teachers, and society stop trying to \u201cfix\u201d them and start trying to understand them, the story of ADHD changes from one of struggle to one of
